AgentPipeline

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

AgentPipeline is built for South African real estate agents and property teams. This policy explains, in plain language, how we handle account, contact, property, calendar, and billing information.

Information We Process

How We Use Information

Calendar Access

Google and Microsoft calendar permissions are requested only so AgentPipeline can create, update, and remove calendar events connected to your CRM activity. We do not ask for your Google or Microsoft password.

Google User Data

When you choose Google sign-in or connect Google Calendar, AgentPipeline may receive your Google profile name and email address and, with your separate permission, calendar names, calendar identifiers, event details, availability information, and an authorisation token.

AgentPipeline uses this information only to authenticate your account, create and identify the dedicated AgentPipeline calendar, display scheduling conflicts and availability, and create, update, list, or remove calendar events for appointments and follow-ups that you manage in AgentPipeline.

AgentPipeline does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not allow people to read it except where needed to provide support or operate the user-facing calendar feature securely. Google user data is shared only with contracted service providers when necessary to host, secure, support, or deliver that feature, or where disclosure is required by law.

Google authorisation tokens and related calendar identifiers are stored with restricted server-side access. You can disconnect Google Calendar from your AgentPipeline profile and may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting removes the active AgentPipeline connection. You may contact us to request deletion of remaining Google-derived account or calendar information, subject to limited security, legal, and backup retention requirements.

AgentPipeline's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account and workspace information while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for restoration, disputes, security, tax, legal, or audit duties. Calendar tokens are removed when the connected provider is disconnected, subject to operational backups and provider-side revocation. A verified deletion request is completed unless a legal reason requires limited information to be retained.

Data Ownership

Your uploaded client, lead, and property data remains your workspace data. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you import or use in AgentPipeline is collected and processed lawfully.

Security

AgentPipeline uses HTTPS on the live site, server-side storage, session cookies, no-cache settings for live CRM data, and security headers to reduce common browser and phishing-protection issues.
